Dan Connaughton

Managing Partner

Dan Connaughton co-founded Reclamation Partners in 2025. Prior to launching Reclamation Partners, Dan led Development for the East Region at Link Logistics. In this role, Dan oversaw land origination, project design, entitlement procurement, construction management and project leasing throughout the Eastern United States. Dan developed more than 12mm SF valued at over $3bn during his tenure with Link.

Dan started his career at Link Logistics’ predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust, where he served as an Investments Officer before helping launch Gramercy’s build-to-suit development business.

Dan received a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania where he captained the varsity football team.

Matt McCarthy

Managing Partner

Matt McCarthy co-founded Reclamation Partners in 2025. Prior to establishing Reclamation Partners, Matt was Head of Investments for the Northeast Region at Link Logistics. In this role, Matt oversaw deal origination, execution of business plans, dispositions, and comprehensive portfolio analysis. While at Link, Matt successfully transacted on over $2bn in total real estate investment and placed capital on behalf of four distinct private real estate funds across various risk profiles.

Matt began his career at Gramercy Property Trust, the predecessor to Link Logistics, serving as an Investments Officer and was responsible for establishing the firm’s investment platform in the Northeast.

Matt received a B.A. in History from the College of Charleston.
